These conditions are an essential part of the contract for using the services offered by the website “ La Borsa del Vino”. The conditions of “ LaBorsa del Vino” are rules and guidelines created in order to maintain website security for all clients. Their knowledge helps to prevent violations (including law violations) and to allow safe and secure sales between bonafide sellers and buyers. The Terms and Conditions are an essential part of the contract that the users of “La Borsa del Vino” subscribe to when they register with the website.

In order to use the services offered by La Borsa del Vino , users must be at least 18 years old. The User Account and ID cannot be transferred or given to a third party. If you register on behalf of a company, you must ensure that you satisfy the requirements to accept all Terms and Conditions. (see the section Technical Details and Registration).

“La Borsa del Vino” develops various kinds of markets to meet different business requirements .

STOCK EXCHANGE:
Primary market: o or B2B (business to business) : Users can only be businesses registered for VAT and operating in the sector of the products sold on the market (see the section Users of “La Borsa del Vino” to verify what is considered such a business);
Secondary market: or B2C (business to consumer) : Only users authorised to operate in the Primary market can sell their products, but private customers can also buy, (with no restrictions apart from the age limit). (see the section Users of “La Borsa del Vino”to verify what is considered such a business)
Future market: Users can only be businesses registered for VAT and operating in the sector of the products sold on the market and they can only put on the market bottles not yet produced (see the section Users of “La Borsa del Vino” to verify what is considered such a business)

AUCTIONS: Anyone can sell or purchase wines or goods related to the wine and/or food sector by simply participating to a real auction (see the section Buy/Sell-Auctions to see how to partecipate or see the section Technical Details-Auctions)

OTHER TYPES OF MARKET: "La Borsa del Vino” La Borsa del Vino, within its own website, is free to choose the products to advertise and special offers, according to specific agreements with Companies operating in the sector. La B del V can, therefore promote the sale of goods and services not directly provided by Enjoy Italia Srl. including fixed price sales. Moreover, companies can be promoted in the following ways: wine adverts, publicity banner, and wine cellar of the month. Terms and conditions to be defined separately.

It is important to understand that La Borsa del Vino is not only a retail outlet or an auctioneer in the traditional sense The website www.laborsadelvino.com is a platform offering its users the chance to trade wines and related products, by using various procedures, from anywhere and at any time Stock Exchange, Auctions, Other types of market. Enjoy Italia SrL, founder and organizer for "La Borsa del Vino", acts as a broker for all transactions made on the Stock Exchange and as an agent for all transactions made trough On Line Auctions, according to contract. Moreover, it acts as a consultant, adviser and trader.

There is an important difference between the two categories of users of this website: Businesses e i Privatecustomers:
BUSINESSES: Users registered for VAT and operating in the wine sector (wineries, wholesalers etc.), if interested in buying or selling wine and related products, can use all various types of markets offered. La Borsa del Vino reserves the rights to accept or refuse a registration. After verifying the data submitted, and technical details, La Borsa del Vino will allow login and provide a password in order to enter all types of market (see the sections Technical details-Registration. In general, we consider business users any business registered for VAT, which directly or indirectly operates within the wine industry, both in Italy and abroad.
Private customers: All private individuals, or businesses registered for VAT but which do not operate in the wine sector, if interested in purchasing our products, can take part to the Secondary Market (buying but not selling goods) and to Auctions and can take advantage of our offers and services.

La Borsa del Vino operates in compliance with Italian Privacy, distance selling and online trading regulations. Relevant laws are available for download below::

In order to put on the market a batch of wines, or any other related products, you need to be the legal owner and physically in possession of the declared amount of product indicated (apart from the products for the Future market). You have to provide an accurate description by filling in the specific form supplied. The data provided will then be added to our database thus allowing the product to be put on the market previously indicated by the users themselves. The information provided can include a technical description of the product and graphic illustration, which will be added after being checked by the administrator. The product description may contain personal details and a translation, if the user is interested to sell abroad (and vice versa, if the seller is from abroad and would like to enter the Italian market). The product can be sold/bought everywhere, unless the seller expressly sets restrictions for specific areas.

This is the market where businesses can participate either as sellers or buyers, and where private customers can participate as buyers only. As mentioned above, there are three types of market: Primary, Secondary and Future. The three markets are governed both by some general and some specific conditions.
Offer to sell: :An offer to sell is whenever a batch of bottles of wine (with a minimum required stock) is put by a client on the market of choice at a unit price (per bottle) either for a limited or an unlimited length of time. A "minimum stock" is the minimum number of bottles that the seller would like to sell in a single transaction (this may vary from a minimum of 1 bottle to a maximum of 500). Any Offer to sell may be cancelled at any time, provided that no offer to buy has been already made. In this case, the seller may withdraw from the market only the bottles that have not been previously requested. The offer to buy will be safeguarded for the number of bottles requested, at the price fixed at the moment of the offer itself. Moreover, the seller must guarantee the provision of the goods as well as their storage until the previously agreed delivery date. Putting bottles of wine on a chosen market generates a variation in the market price, in some calculation indexes and/or some qualitative indexes.
Offer to buy: an offer to buy is whenever a request to purchase is made, on the market of choice, for a certain amount of bottles of wine at a set price. The offer to buy is a binding act that, once confirmed, is subject to rules and regulations of on line sales. An offer to buy can also be made for a price different from the one indicated on the market at the time. In this case, the offer will be considered to be valid only after acceptance by the seller. The offer to buy can include a time limit, after which it will be considered cancelled. The offer to buy in the chosen market generates a variation in the market price, in some calculation indexes and/or some qualitative indexes. Such variation is generated only when the offer becomes valid (in case of validity for a set period of time or at a set price, the variation is generated when the conditions are satisfied). Sellers have to pay a commission to Enjoy Italia SrL for the sale, according to a contract previously agreed. Buyers do not have to pay commission. Anyone can take part in an auction (private customers as well as businesses). Sellers put on the market goods at a minimum price for a set period of time deciding also minimum amount by which the next bid must exceed the current highest bid. The goods auctioned are finally sold to the highest bidder at the end of the set period of time. Auctions may concern bottles of wine as well as other goods related to the wine industry. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to accept or refuse any item presented for auction.
Offer to sell: the offer to sell is a binding act for the sellers. Once goods have been put on the market and up for auction, they can't be withdrawn and sellers must fulfil their duties towards the organisers and the people taking part in the auction, complying with the selling conditions and the specific offers.
Offer to buy: the offer to buy, in compliance with this Agreement, with the Terms and Conditions of the 'Borsa del Vino' and with the current laws, is binding. The offer is made only with the intention of buying the goods according to the terms and conditions of the auction (since terms and conditions have to be accepted should your bid win) Offers made cannot be withdrawn. The seller has to pay a commission to the organiser for all the sales made according to a contract previously agreed. Buyers do not have to pay commission. Our website also offers the chance to sell, at a fixed price, products related to the wine industry (see the section Other Products on our website) and batches of bottles, special offers and promotions set by the sellers and approved by Enjoy Italia SrL (see the section Promotions on our website).

Registration is free. Any person who wants to use the services offered on our website must register first. There are different ways to register depending on the type of user.
Private customers: private customers can register directly from the public area by simply following the instructions on the relevant menu: name, email, address.
Businesses: businesses must fill in the form in the public area and request to be registered with "La Borsa del Vino". We will examine the request and contact the companies to sign the agency contract which regulates the relationship with Enjoy Italia SrL, owner and organiser of the site. The registration with the website will become effective only after signing the contract. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to refuse registration to any business.
Requirements for registration: We consider businesses any company with a VAT registration. In order to request to be registered, businesses must fill in the registration form and provide the following details: name, telephone number, address, email, VAT registration number, tax reference, type of company (cellar, wholesaler etc)
Use of Username and password: Users can browse our website without the need to log-in with the exception of the following areas: My Stock Exchange/ My Auctions/ My Account/ Forum/ Mailing List. In order to enter these areas, users have to log in. There are 3 ways to log in:
1. If previously registered, simply provide your Username and password.  By clicking on the “Login” button you will be transferred to ‘My account’.
2. If you haven't yet registered with the website, click on the "Register" button which will enable you to register by filling in the registration form. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If a mandatory field is not filled in, you will be prompted to do so during the registration process. For further information see the section " How to sign up" on our website. When registering, users must read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in order to successfully complete the registration process. An e-mail will be sent, with a link and instructions for confirming your registration. A welcome mail will then be sent, reminding users of their Username, Password and how to change contact information through the section " My account".
3. If you forget your password, go to the "Forgotten Your Password?" page. We’ll send an email with your password to the registered email address.

We are in charge of handling the data on the products that can be sold. The system will store the products data. Data are used to describe and identify each product which will then be entered on the market (maybe more than once, at various intervals). For each product we must provide the following details:
*Winery: name of the cellar producing the wine;
*name: name of the wine;
vintage;
style: users enter their own wine choosing among the 10 styles listed: Still, Fizzy, Sparkling, Aromatic, Dry, Medium-Sweet, Sweet, Muffato, Fortified, Novello (New Wine);
*colour: users enter their own wine choosing among White/ Red/ Rose';
*appellation: users enter their own wine choosing among the following groups: table wines / IGT (Wines produced in a specific area), VQPRD (Quality wines produced in a Specific Region), DOC(Wines of Controlled Origin ), DOCG ( Wines of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin;
alcohol content;
Bottiglie prodotte;
country;
region;
grapes;
winemaking;
wine characteristics;
food match;
notes;
product shop window: It's a page within the website which is used to give the product more visibility at the seller’s discretion with the possibility of having up to 2 wines on the home page (this is a paying service except in the case of special promotions);
photos: We advise you to upload 2 photos, a large and a small one. Pictures can be submitted in either gif, jpg or png formats;

* All fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory

The amount of product put on the market is the actual availability of that particular product and sellers guarantee they can supply it if sold. The stock can be put on the market with a start date that is later than the current one. If there is no date indication, the stock will be considered available from the moment it is put on the market. The finish date indicates the length of time during which the product remains on the market. After this period, the wine stock is withdrawn and it cannot be sold until a later reintroduction into the market. It is agreed that, whenever not specified, stock is considered available indefinitely, or at least until the whole amount is sold. The minimum order quantity indicates the minimum amount of the product that sellers wish to sell in a single transaction (order). In case there is no specific indication, we consider this to be 1. The maximum confirmation value is the maximum amount for which offers will be accepted automatically without previous confirmation by the seller. The unit price indicated is the minimum price requested by the seller for each individual bottle. The market is the type of market where the sellers decide to put their products (Business to Business. Business to Consumer)
The following rules are set in order to guarantee fair treatments:
- The quantity of the new stock put on the market must be within ±20% of the average of all other stocks of the same item already present on the market;
- The unit price requested must be within + 20% of the lowest price already present on the market;
- If one or both of the above mentioned rules are not followed, the wine stock is automatically suspended and the administrator informed. The administrator will allow the product to be put on the market again only after receiving appropriate guarantees. If such guarantees are not provided, the administrator has the right to cancel the wine stock, which consequently will not be allowed back on the market again or will consider a new commercial proposal with the seller. Sellers cannot modify a wine stock once on the market. In order to do so, they must cancel the stock before introducing a new one. If sellers decide to cancel a stock, they can do so but must nevertheless abide by the following rules:
- It is not possible to cancel a wine stock that has already been sold, since all orders must be completed;
- If only a part of the stock has been sold, sellers are allowed to cancel only the part of stock that remains unsold;
- In any case, the stock is not physically eliminated; it only changes its state so that it won't be considered for future sales;
- A wine stock that has been previously withdrawn from the market cannot be reintroduced onto it. Once an item is put on the market, the product value is recalculated based on the quantity entered and on the price per unit requested. When a part of the wine stock is sold, an increase in the price of the product is calculated, based on the percentage of stock that has been sold.

The ask quantity is the amount that buyers wish to purchase and the amount they must buy if the sales conditions are satisfied. The buy stock can be introduced on the market with a start date that is later than the current one. It is agreed that, in case there are no indications, the buy stock will be considered valid from the moment it is put on the market. The finish date indicates the length of time during which the stock remains valid, that is the amount of time within which the buyer intends buying the product. At the end of the validity period, the buy stock cannot be the object of further transactions. If there are no indications, it is agreed that the stock is available indefinitely, (or at least until the whole amount is sold). The minimum order quantity is the minimum quantity that buyers want to purchase in a single transaction (In case there is no specific indication, we consider this to be 1). The unit price requested is the maximum price per single bottle that buyers guarantee they will pay for the specified product. Buyers cannot modify the buy stock entered on the market. In order to do so, they must cancel the stock and introduce a new one. If buyers decide to cancel a buy stock, they can do but must nevertheless abide by the following rules:
- It is not possible to cancel a stock once the order has been completed, as all orders must be honoured;
- If only a part of the order has been dispatched, buyers are allowed to cancel only the part which has not been dispatched;
- In any case, the stock is not physically eliminated. It only changes its state so that it won't be considered for future transactions;
- A purchase stock previously eliminated, cannot be reintroduced on the market.

Use of plafond: An user that is registered for VAT can grant Plafond to other users. The Plafond represents a credit that any users can grant to each other to place and complete orders. The Plafond will have a maximum amount available, which can make sellers accept orders when the total order value is higher than the maximum value that sellers are willing to accept. Sellers must guarantee that they will fulfil all orders of value lower than or equal to the maximum confirmation value. Whenever Sellers have introduced a wine stock with a maximum confirmation value >0, the remaining plafond amount will be added to it in the final calculation for the automatic acceptance of the order (if maximum confirmation value + remaining plafond amount is above or = total order value, the acceptance is automatic. In any other case a confirmation by the seller is needed). Once the transaction has been confirmed, the plafond will be topped up with the same amount used in the transaction. At any time, a user may decide to grant, increase, decrease or cancel a plafond to another user. Once the order has been sent, sellers will receive a confirmation e-mail with the item’s and the buyer's details and, if the maximum confirmation value added to the remaining plafond granted is not enough to cover the full price of the transaction, with a request to give the necessary authorization to proceed. Sellers are entitled to refuse authorization to proceed. In this case, the order is cancelled and the product is reintroduced onto the market for the quantity indicated by the cancelled transaction. If sellers don't communicate their decision within 24 hours from the time of the order, this is considered to be authorized.

The current price (AKA value) is determined according to the market of choice. Therefore, the same product may have different prices depending on the chosen market (B2C; B2B).
Placing an order to sell: When sellers decide to place products on the market, they have to specify the following:
- Type of matke;
- Product for sale;
- Amount relased;
- Date/time of release;
- Price per unit required;
- Period of validity;
- Any minimum order quantity;
- Any maximum order value with no need to confirm.
If in the chosen market there is no other stock for that particular product, the order is placed and the value is the unit price requested for that stock. An order can be placed whenever both price and quantity introduced on the market satisfy the following requirements:
1. The placed quantity isn’t more than 20% higher than the average Stocks for Sale already present on the market;
2. The unit price requested must be within + 20% of the lowest price already present on that market. Otherwise the order is placed with a " To be confirmed" status and requires approval by the administrator. If the latter confirms the stock, the order is placed.
The validity period of the wine stock (not compulsory) indicates how long the stock will remain available on the market. If a validity period is specified, at the expiry date, the stock (or the remaining part of it) will be automatically withdrawn from the market. If the minimum order quantity is bigger than the remaining amount of stock, the product will be considered to be sold out since it will be impossible to sell the remaining stock. The release, withdrawal and sales of a product on the markets generate a recalculation of the price of the product itself. The sale generates a recalculation only in case the quantity sold is bigger or equal to 30% of the total amount available for sale of that product for that market within the minimum price range. The " current price" or "value” thus calculated, is the only price that can be used for trading. If a Stock for Sale is entered into the market with a price above the “value”, the product remains in stock either until the value reaches that level or until the expiry date of the validity period. If a new Stock for Sale is entered at a lower price, a new price range will be created at the better price and this will change the value.
Placing an order to buy: The order of goods in the market is based on the creation of buy stock. When placing an order to buy, buyers must specify:
- The product they want to buy;
- The required amount;
- The price that they are willing to play;;
- Start date/time and finish time of the request;
- The minimum quantity to buy. The system accepts the request. If there is Stock for Sale meeting the price required, a trade is performed (an exchange from the Stock for Sale to the Buy Stock). The rule to identify the stock for sale to trade with is:
- Same product;
- Stock for sale still within the validity period;
- Product with value below or equal to the price requested by the buyer;
- Available quantity for the product bigger than the minimum quantity to buy;
- Price below or equal to the current value;
- The Stock for Sale with the lower price for that particular market will be considered;
- In case of several stocks for sale with the same price, the one entered first will be considered. If the remaining quantity available for the Stock for Sale does not cover the entire request, a transaction is carried out anyway for the amount currently available. The remaining part of the buy order will then be completed with the next available stock for sale matching the value price. Therefore, a single buy stock may be traded with more than one stock for sale. In case of multiple shipments for the same purchase, only one shipment cost will be charged.It is necessary to check if exchanges need to be carried out in the following circumstances:
- Start date of a buy stock;
- Cancellation of a Buy Stock;
- Placing of a Stock for Sale on the market;
- Cancellation of a Stock for Sale;
- Placing/Cancellation of Stocks for Sale;
- Recalculations of the stock value. Within a market, every time the stock value changes, buy stocks need to be checked to see if there are matching stocks for sale. Transactions can then be carried out and the stock value is recalculated. A Buy Stock has a validity period. If, within this set period, a Stock for Sale meets the price requested, trading can take place; otherwise, the buy stock expires (changes to a ‘no longer valid’ status). When an order to buy has been completed, buyers must be notified. In the event of a cancellation of a Buy Stock, all live exchanges are maintained. Similarly, in case of cancellation of a Stock for Sale. If, in a Buy Stock, the minimum quantity to buy is indicated, trading can only take place for amounts larger or equal to that specified. If a Sell Stock cannot cover the minimum quantity to buy, trading does not take place.

Search form: Within the main page of the Auction section, it is possible to find a Search Form divided as follow: Search by Item, Search by Seller, Search by Price. Once the search is finished, the results of the search will appear on the web page with a list of all appropriate auctions available.
Opening of a new auction: When Sellers (Private individuals or businesses) decide to place products on the market, by opening an auction, they must specify:
- the product for sale;
- the aumont released;
- date/time of release;
- finish date/time of auction;
- starting price;
- reserve price;
- photos and descrption of the product;
- methods od payment and delivery charges;
how to take part in auction: Users that wish to participate in an auction, once they find the object they are interest in, can read all the information about the item and the seller. In particular, they need to check the information on payment methods and delivery fees as well as the instructions for any return. Users enter the maximum amount they wish to pay and if no one else bids a higher amount for the same item in the same auction, they win the item.
Checks by the Administrator: The role of the Administrator is to check all auction offers, to verify the sellers' reliability and to enter the auctions on-line at his/her discretion. At the end of an auction, it is the administrator's responsibility to verify the positive outcome of the transaction.

The Indexes highlight the overall judgment of the opinions on a single wine bought/sold. Indexes can be considered when buy/sell stocks are placed on the market and are available in the appropriate wine description on the web page.

We treat all personal information as confidential. "Personal information" is any data released to "La Borsa del Vino" or to other users when you register, when you place an offer, when you sell on the Stock Exchange (only for businesses), at Auctions (businesses and private individuals) or on the various types of market, when you post messages in the Forum, when you use the Mailing List. All personal information and activities suggested on the web site, have to be authentic, accurate and not misleading; they have to respect the right of privacy in relation to personal details; they have to comply with the data protection laws and regulations (including, for example, all regulations related to Import/Export, Customers Protection, Unfair Competition, Racial Discrimination and Misleading Advertising); they also have to be free from slander, threats and harassment as well as viruses or any other computer programs with the intention of interfering, intercepting or getting hold of operating systems, data or personal information; they must not damage in any way "la Borsa del Vino"; they must not cause any interruption or call a halt (total or partial) to the services by our suppliers.

Accepting the Terms and Conditions implies that you agree that you will not use any software program or any other kind of automatic or manual means to copy or access our website for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not use any means and will not take any action that may interfere with the proper working of our website, including imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. Much of the information available on our website is updated on a real-time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to us by our users or third parties. You must therefore agree not to reveal the content of the website (apart from your personal details) without our express written permission. With this Agreement you authorise the organiser of La Borsa del Vino to publish the information provided and grant us a free, irrevocable and transferable right to exercise the copyright, all other intellectual property rights as well as right to privacy in relation to personal details.

La Borsa del Vino cannot guarantee the truthfulness of personal data provided by users when registering, and therefore is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to users by the use of false data. We suggest that you should collect all relevant information about users with whom you are thinking of entering into a transaction. In compliance with Italian distance selling and online trading regulations(D.Lgs.70/2003 and Direttiva 31/200/CE), La Borsa del Vino is not legally bound to control the activities carried out on our website. If a dispute arises, users agree not to hold 'La Borsa del Vino', our employees or directors responsible or to ask for any compensation. We ask you to use our services carefully and with common sense, in particular with reference to international transactions. In addition to all other measures contemplated by the law, La Borsa del Vino reserves the right to stop or remove any account whenever it emerges that fraudulent activities have been carried out using our website. In order to help with the transparency and the exchange on the various markets, we will verify that both sellers and buyers possess the necessary requirements to carry out transactions on the chosen market before we grant permission to operate, by requesting a Chamber of Commerce certificate (we do not verify private users' requirements). We then provide registered businesses with a system to monitor buying, selling, delivery and payment activities with the sole purpose of monitoring such activities, without being held responsible for any problem arising between buyers and sellers in connection with the contract or the transactions carried out.

Personal information of registered users is handled by Enjoy Italia SrL in compliance with Privacy regulations. Enjoy Italia will treat all personal information with appropriate procedures to protect the confidentiality of all Registered Users. All personal data from users who send messages or information requests via email are handled by Enjoy Italia in accordance and in respect to the Italian l aw DLGS n 196/2003 which regulates the use of Personal Information. Personal data of our website users are stored at Enjoy Italia's headquarters in Via Caccia 23, 05018 Orvieto(TR) ( Italy) . Anyone interested can, at any time, exerts his/her rights as indicated in the Article 7 of the Italian law DLGS n 196/2003, by sending a letter to Enjoy Italia SrL : Via Caccia 23, 05018 Orvieto(TR) ( Italy) . By accepting, during registration, the terms and conditions mentioned above, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information by Enjoy Italia SrL as described in this Privacy Policy.

Payments can be done by bank transfer, cash on delivery and credit card. The security of transactions is guaranteed by our partnership with Banca Sella which uses the security system Gest Pay and the service Verified by Visa . The Gest Pay system offers buyers and sellers protection against fraud and identity theft, making your transactions safer. The Verified by Visa System enables customers to secure their Visa Cards, providing a reassuring layer of added protection when using cards on line, by verifying that cards are not being used fraudulently. We accept Visa, Master card, Edc Maestro, American Express, Diners and all debit cards within the "Pago Bancomat" circuit.

There are 2 types of delivery::
Transaction managed by the Seller: This is when sellers themselves are in charge of packing and shipping the products using their courier of choice. La Borsa del Vino then verifies that all transactions carried out have been successful and that all goods have been dispatched. However ,La Borsa del Vino cannot be held responsible for any damage during shipment.
Transaction managed by La Borsa del Vino: This is when Enjoy Italia SrL is in charge of collecting/ shipping goods from sellers to buyers according to the agreement previously accepted by the seller. Enjoy Italia operates with SDA express courier, leader in perishable goods transportation, in order to ensure that products reach their final destination in the best condition. SDA guarantees that goods are handled with care during transport. The delivery costs vary according to the destination (Italy or abroad) and the weight of goods. Some countries do not allow shipments. In the eventuality of custom fees, these will be paid by the consignee.

Delivery time: max 72 hours from Monday to Friday
Days for managing unsold stock: 5 days
Insurance: it is included in the delivery rate up to 516,46 Euros
Cash on delivery: € 6,00 + VAT to be added to the amounts indecated on the table (on overweight 2% (above 300 euro). Payment collection methods will be shown on waybills and can be the following:
- Cash;
- Check or Bank draft made out to the sender and not transferable;

We apply the same delivery rates policy  for wine purchases as well as for “All other products"/ "Promotions” (the latter are managed trough the “ Basket” icon).

WINE PURCHASE

Our site allows customers to carry out only one transaction at the time. Therefore, for each transaction, users will receive a confirmation e-mail linked to our site where transport costs will then be added ( for this , see our table in “TERMS & CONDITIONS”).

In order to give an example, if users buy a wine from a cellar in Tuscany and another one from a cellar in Umbria, they will receive two emails, with two links to our internet site. Users will then have to add the transport costs twice.

OTHER PRODUCTS/SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

As far as “Other products” and “ Special promotions” are concerned, the policy is different. In this case, all purchases are handled trough the “Basket” icon. Users will then receive a single email with the link to our site in order to add transport costs. From this moment on, users have to follow the steps in the following order:

1 - If the purchased products come from the same supplier, the cost of transport will be the same as shown on the Terms & Conditions' table (according to weight)

2 - If the purchased products come from two or more supplier, the transport cost will be the same as shown on the Table, multiplied by the number of the various suppliers.

To give a simple example: if 2 boxes of vinegar are purchased from Mr. Cavalli, the transport cost will be the one displayed on the 'Terms & Conditions' Table.

However, if a box of vinegar is purchased from Mr Cavalli and an box of oil is bought from the producer Puntabella , the transport cost will be the one displayed on the Table multiplied by 2.

The Administrator reserves the right to check and confirm the right amount for the Transport Costs.
